Richland freight Limited has put together a young, Dynamic and well trained team. It comprises of very hard working team with strong background in business management, marketing, administration, entrepreneurship, and enterprise development, finance and information technology whose knowledge and hands?on skills have been accumulated over the years from their working and learning engagement.
The management of Richland Freight Limited comprises personnel who are responsible on day to day activities of the organization as described below:-
Managing Director
Lawrance Kasalile
Mr. Lawrence Kasalile is a Managing Director of the company he holds Post graduate Diploma in International Business Management from College of Business Education (CBE, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with marketing option from the College of Business Education (CBE) Dar Es Salaam Campus. Mr. Kasalile Holds East African Certificate in Custom Clearance(EACCC) from the College of tax administration (ITA).
Mr. Lawrence has a professional experience in the Field of custom clearance, port and shipping industry, He has over Eighteen years practical working experience in the area of clearing and forwarding which is the valuable asset to the company in the area of local importation, Transit Cargo, and all kind of Importation.
He is Talented in working well in team and leading them in achieving company goals using his long time experience in the field of marketing and administration of various works he was assigned to do during his career development. He has enthusiasm of achieving company targets and taking own initiative in demonstrating high level of motivation required to meet the tightest deadline, even under significant pressure, he posses a strong ability to perform effectively and efficiently.
Marketing Manager
Samwel Marisa
Mr.Samwel is a marketing manager of Richland Freight limited; he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development of the University of Dar Es Salaam and Advanced Diploma in business administration(Marketing management) from the College of Business Education, Dar es Salaam.
Mr. Samwel is one of the business development service providers in Tanzania serving Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in areas of business development services and specializes in areas of business start-ups, time management, customer services, modern Staff Supervision and basic presentation skills. He has over 5 years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, distribution and business development management.
He holds a Marketing profession in the fields of marketing research, project design and training in Small and Medium Enterprises. He previously worked with multinational organizations (Celtel Tanzania Ltd) in the Customer Care Services Department. He has gained various skills and experiences through attending seminars / workshops within his career development.
He is enthusiastic and professional Business Development Service Provider(BDSP) who enjoy been part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. He is quick in grasping new ideas and concepts and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. He is capable to work well on his own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest deadline, even under significant pressure, he posses a strong ability to perform effectively.
Administration Officer
Hobokela Mpasile
Ms. Hobokela is Administration officer of Richland freight she holds Masters of Community Economic Developments from Open University Tanzania(2010), and Advance Diploma of Community Development from Tengeru Arusha (CDTI). Also she possess Ordinary diploma of Secretarial course from Shukrani Center Mbeya and short courses of introduction to computer.
She is Administration officer of Richland limited she has a enormous experience of five years in supervision officer from Salvation Army where she was supervising about 20 committees at two district Ilala at Dar es salaam and Bagamoyo region at coast region, Also She is very competent in the areas of office management, modern Staff Supervision, all Customs documentation procedures and customers services.
She is able to work under pressure for the betterment of customers and company as well.
Operation Department
Kelvin Mwansule
Kelvin is the holder bachelor in government account, certificate of East Africa custom Freight Forward practice, he has experience of six years in clearing and forwarding work first he was employed with General industry as an operation officer for two years and worked with Mogas logistic Company for three years, he is good at custom procedures and logistic also he is a good and experienced operation supervisor also the movement of cargo and insure safe and quick delivery of cargo. He can manage to work on productive pressure for the benefit of customer and company as well.
OUR DEPARTMENTS
Administration Department
The department is head by the director of operation to the company it deals with the day to day administration of the company, recruiting workers, receiving reports from other departments of the company, designing of the company plan and leading other department towards achieving company targets and objective.
Marketing Department
The department is headed by Marketing manager it deals with sales of company services, visiting customers, opening new opportunities in providing, distributions and delivery of customer products for importation and exportation, receiving customer complains, and making sure that quality services remain the core value of the company.
Operational Department
The department is headed by head of operation who is responsible in all operational activities in Export and import, Transit activities.
Customer Care Department
Through experience and service delivery, Richland Freight Limited has realized that clearing of any cargo needs all parties to be well informed (Consignee, Supplier and Clearing Agent) to be involved through out the process especially at the initial Stage in order to ensure that everything goes smoothly. There are various requirements by Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Tanzania Bureau of standard (TBS), Tanzania Port Authority, TISCAN/COTECNA and other stakeholders in clearing and forwarding industry on various shipments such as Food products, Chemical Items, Army equipment and others of its kind.
Richland Freight Limited likes to work with clients when the cargo is been ordered and continuously advising the Consignee/Supplier on guidelines on any shipment that needs to be imported or exported outside Tanzania. Richland Freight Limited Envisions becoming the leading company in providing top quality logistic clearing and forwarding services in Tanzania, East Africa and Central Africa.
